Namratha Pramod<\/h4><\/div>

With over 16 years of experience, Namratha Pramod has excelled as a high-performance nutrition consultant.
She has played a pivotal role as a High-Performance Analyst at the Sports Authority of India, guiding national and Olympic athletes, including those who competed in Tokyo 2020.

Namratha holds a Master\u2019s degree in Clinical Dietetics and Food Service Management. She is a registered dietitian and a certified sports nutritionist, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Awarded the Best Young Researchers Award in 2021, Namratha has also contributed to the field through multiple national and international publications, including a study on athletes’ eating patterns during the COVID-19 lockdown.
